His extensive skill set encompasses securing sensitive data in accordance with GDPR regulations, and in a separate role managing controlled drugs for double-blind placebo clinical trials at Northern Ireland's first multi-billion pound pharmaceutical corporation. Neal Clague

Neal is a commercial leader with experience across hospitality, international events, marketing, and digital enterprise. A Bishop Barrow Scholar at King William’s College, he is founder of one of the island’s leading auction houses, AuctionMan, and has scaled ventures including 888 Events attracting high profile celebrities across sports and entertainment. He has delivered international events involving complex stakeholder management. Neal brings expertise in client relations, event organising,brand development and tech-enabled scalable models, operating with strong governance, regulatory awareness, and accountability.

Jayne is an Assistant General Manager within an international hospitality franchise, working in a compliance and customer focused environment that requires consistent adherence to operational standards and regulatory frameworks. She has extensive experience building and running independent businesses, including a retail venture in a tightly regulated sector in Jersey, Channel Islands. This work has given her first hand insight into operational management, customer engagement, and navigating complex systems. In addition, she serves as a trustee of The I AM Billy Foundation, contributing governance insight and strategic guidance. Jayne leads with a focus on clarity, responsibility, and effective engagement within a regulated environment.

Beginning his career at Barclays, he developed expertise in governance and risk before advancing to Head of Operations at a leading auction house. He has delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and financial performance, specialising in robust operational frameworks, process optimisation, and leading high-performing teams under strict regulatory standards.

Edvin Brnčić

Edvin Brnčić holds a Master’s in Leadership & Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research focused on the Dutch tolerance model as a framework for regulated cannabis systems. With over five years’ industry experience, he connects market insight with government-led initiatives. He has authored widely published articles on cannabis reform, policy, cultivation, and CBPMs. Edvin is dedicated to developing high-standard, ethically governed frameworks that align innovation with regulatory compliance, public accountability, and long-term societal benefit.
