Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Digital Content & Services

As TRACD provides digital subscriptions, "returns" in the traditional sense (returning a physical item) do not apply. Instead, our policy focuses on access cancellation and refund eligibility for digital content and member services.

2. Statutory Cancellation Right (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you purchase a subscription to change your mind and receive a full refund.

2.1 Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Period

Please note that the right to a refund is waived if:

  • You have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content or member area during the 14-day period.

  • You have logged into the member portal and accessed, streamed, or downloaded digital resources.

By accessing the digital materials immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Ongoing Access: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the TRACD platform until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle (monthly or annually).

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for the remaining days of a month or year if you choose to cancel early.

4. Refund Requests

Refunds outside of the 14-day cooling-off period are granted only at the sole discretion of Caldwell National Limited or where required by law (e.g., in the case of a technical fault that prevents access to the service which we cannot rectify).

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the transaction and, if a duplicated or incorrect charge is identified, we will process a refund to your original payment method via our third-party Payment Processor.

6. How to Cancel

To ensure you are not charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription via:

  1. Your Account Dashboard: Navigate to the "Subscription" or "Billing" section.

  2. Email Support: Sending a cancellation request to hello@tracd.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
